About The Position

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitable sales, developing team members, and supporting restaurant operations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager. It offers an opportunity to build skills in operations management, financial analysis, and team development. The position includes weekly pay, paid time off, a 401(k) with a 6% match, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. A Food Safety Certification is required or must be obtained. This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Foster a collaborative team environment through coaching, feedback, and effective resolution of employee concerns.
Assist with recruiting and training team members.
Uphold and exceed brand standards to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Manage restaurant operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety standards.
Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to contribute to restaurant profitability.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
