About The Position

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. The role supports exceptional guest experiences and profitable sales while developing leadership skills in operations management, financial analysis, and team development. The Assistant Manager collaborates with the Restaurant Manager on strategies and action plans to improve guest experiences and sales. A Food Safety Certification is required or must be obtained.

Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Foster a collaborative team environment by providing coaching and feedback and resolving employee concerns.
Assist with recruiting and training team members.
Uphold and exceed brand standards to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Manage restaurant operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety standards.
Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to contribute to restaurant profitability.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement continuous-improvement action plans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
