About The Position

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overall restaurant operations, including local store marketing and achieving sales and profit goals. The manager supports the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. This role is with an independent Dunkin' franchisee, which is the sole employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• At least 18 years of age, or older where required by applicable law.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
