About The Position

Motek, a part of Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is a Mediterranean concept restaurant. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our valued customers. Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations. Applicants will be considered for our Midtown or Brickell location. The Restaurant Manager works alongside the management team to assist with daily restaurant operations, support staff, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for every guest.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
  • Proven ability to lead and coach hourly teams
  • Strong knowledge of proper guest recovery steps
  • Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations and service standards
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead staff in collaboration with management team
  • Ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality level
  • Track daily reports of labor, sales, call outs, etc
  • Assist with scheduling as needed
  • Keep General Manager informed of sales and key issues
  • Increasing sales through networking and guest relations to raise guest check average.
  • Assists in maintaining supplies, menus
  • Partner with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to conduct weekly inventory
