About The Position

Chick-fil-A Victor is seeking an ambitious, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead either Front of House (hospitality) or Back of House (kitchen) operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent restaurant operations, strong team performance, and an exceptional experience for guests and team members. The manager will lead a team of 10–20 or more and help maintain high standards for food safety, quality, and speed of service. When hired, the manager will train and work at Chick-fil-A Irondequoit at 1115 E Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14621, until the Victor location opens in Spring 2027.

Requirements

Open availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed and work flexible shifts.
At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Grit and humility to work hands-on in restaurant operations.
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing higher education.
Hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10–20 or more in daily Front of House or Back of House operations.
Ensure food safety, food quality, speed of service, and guest experience meet high standards.
Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business.
Motivate and coach team members while fostering a positive, high-energy culture.
Collaborate with restaurant leaders to support seamless operations.
Train, develop, and coach team members; provide clear, actionable feedback and accountability.
Implement policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales.
