About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A Cumberland / Landis Ave. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation. This leadership opportunity provides autonomy, allowing you to take ownership in developing leaders, generating results, and impacting the lives of both your team and guests. You will work alongside an experienced Owner/Operator with nearly 30 years of Chick-fil-A experience while receiving unprecedented support from one of the most successful brands in the country.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- Ability to work up to 3 nights per week, with a flexible schedule
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop others
- Proven track record of developing others
- Proactive problem-solver who embraces change, takes ownership, and is willing to challenge existing processes
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other hands-on operational leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
- Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Leading and developing restaurant leaders, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
- Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Preparing the restaurant for its upcoming reinvestment and anticipated growth through proactive leadership, developing others, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
