We are seeking passionate leaders in the hospitality industry in the Detroit, MI area looking to join our Troy, Livonia, or West Bloomfield Teams. Managers participate in a 10-week, hands-on training program designed to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. You’ll work side-by-side with talented culinary and service professionals, gaining real experience, building relationships, and developing the confidence to lead.
Requirements
- Versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems.
- Passionate about hospitality.
- Driven to lead.
- Committed to upholding a strong team culture.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality.
- Optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
