Requirements

  • We require some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering experience required.
  • Experience in the Senior Living industry a plus and must have some management experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing line employees, an understanding of the dietary needs of seniors and in the community.
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Must have prior Restaurant/Hotel or Country Club experience.

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • The Restaurant Manager (Dining Room Manager) is responsible for all aspects dining room, including, hiring, orientation and training of all wait staff, insures adequate staffing to meet resident needs and coordinates community special events and functions.
  • The Dining Room Manager insures overall resident satisfaction with dining services department.
  • This position participates in community department manager meetings.
