Must have prior Restaurant/Hotel or Country Club experience. FULL-TIME, Tuesday-Saturday. Working at EPOCH Senior Living is rewarding and purpose-giving! Requirements

  • Prior Restaurant/Hotel or Country Club experience required.
  • Some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering experience required.
  • Some management experience required.
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Must have prior Restaurant/Hotel or Country Club experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Senior Living industry a plus.
  • Experience in managing line employees.
  • Understanding of the dietary needs of seniors and in the community.
  • ServSafe certification a plus.
  • Strong passion for seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the dining room, including hiring, orientation and training of all wait staff.
  • Ensures adequate staffing to meet resident needs.
  • Coordinates community special events and functions.
  • Ensures overall resident satisfaction with the dining services department.
  • Participates in community department manager meetings.
