About The Position

Emery Hotel, Autograph Collection, is seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Maitre De to help provide an exceptional dining experience. The position assists the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development and oversees daily restaurant operations, staff, and service delivery. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The salary range is USD $25.00–$28.00 per hour. Employment is subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check. The employer participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior cash-handling experience and experience with the MICROS POS system.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications preferred.
