About The Position

The Restaurant Leader is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant and its team. The role recruits and trains team members, develops and empowers them to deliver excellent customer experiences and build successful careers, and creates an exciting, optimistic, and rewarding team culture. The leader promotes a “Here to Serve” attitude, manages the restaurant’s profit and loss, supports growth through great service, and follows brand standards. The position involves working approximately 50 hours per week. The job is with an independent Taco Bell franchisee, which is the employee’s employer and independently sets its wage and benefit programs.
