About The Position

BeyondMenu helps 15,000 independent restaurants win online with SEO, online ordering, guest engagement, and retention tools built specifically for owner-operators. We’re on a mission to help independent restaurants compete and thrive in a digital-first world. We're looking for a Restaurant Growth Manager who gets things done. Someone who builds trust with restaurant owners, digs into complex problems, and takes real ownership of customer outcomes, not just the easy wins. You’ll own the activation and growth of newly signed restaurant partners, guiding owners through onboarding, solving digital presence challenges, and removing every barrier between them and their first online order. Nice To Haves

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Client Services
• Experience working with SMB customers and business owners
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive outcomes under pressure
• Bonus: restaurant/food-tech, SaaS, or local digital marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Own Restaurant Activation & Growth: Manage a portfolio of newly signed restaurant partners through activation and implementation
• Ensure every partner is fully positioned to capture online ordering demand from day one
• Build Trusted Relationships: Serve as the primary advisor to restaurant owners and operators throughout the activation process
• Educate partners on growth opportunities, best practices, and how to get the most out of BeyondMenu
• Solve Complex Business Challenges: Investigate and resolve account access, ownership verification, and administrative roadblocks
• Build creative solutions when standard processes don't apply, and partner cross-functionally to get them across the line
• Quantify issues clearly so the right people can act fast
• Drive Measurable Results: Increase activation and adoption rates while reducing time-to-value for new partners
• Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall growth performance
• Become a Growth Expert: Develop deep expertise in restaurant digital presence, local search, and online ordering ecosystems
• Stay ahead of industry trends and serve as a go-to resource for customers and internal teams alike
