About The Position

NKPR is seeking a Brand Growth Manager to build, manage, sustain, and grow brands in the current digital landscape. The ideal candidate will act as the day-to-day steward of a brand, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure brand identity, aesthetic, and business objectives are consistently reflected across all touchpoints. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategy, with an understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, digital marketing, AI, search, content, and consumer behavior. The Brand Growth Manager will work across NKPR and select client accounts to keep brands relevant, visually consistent, and discoverable in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing and growing brands.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand strategies across multiple channels.
  • A strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, brand architecture, and brand governance.
  • Exceptional aesthetic judgment and a strong understanding of design, creative execution, and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience executing SEO, GEO, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing and updating websites using content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how they're transforming marketing and search.
  • Experience working across multiple brands simultaneously, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for building great brands.
  • A portfolio is required as part of your application. Please include examples of brands you've helped build, manage or grow, showcasing your experience with brand strategy, visual identity, content, social media, websites or digital marketing. Be prepared to discuss your role in each project and the measurable results achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and evolve brand strategies for NKPR and select client accounts.
  • Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Serve as the guardian of each brand's identity.
  • Develop and maintain brand playbooks, including messaging, tone of voice, visual standards, and content guidelines.
  • Oversee the visual execution of brands to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Review creative assets and provide strategic feedback to ensure they align with each brand's positioning, aesthetic, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, account teams, and Social Media Specialists to ensure every deliverable reflects the intended brand experience.
  • Execute and continuously optimize SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
  • Improve brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
  • Manage and update website content while ensuring optimization, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, search, and digital marketing.
  • Develop and execute content strategies across websites, newsletters, blogs, and social media.
  • Write, edit, and optimize content that strengthens brand authority and improves discoverability.
  • Ensure content aligns with each brand's voice, visual identity, and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, high-quality content.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to NKPR's Social Media Specialists.
  • Review social content to ensure it aligns with each client's brand strategy, visual identity, and business goals.
  • Help elevate the creative quality, consistency, and performance of social campaigns.
  • Partner with account teams to ensure social media supports broader communications strategies.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI tools, marketing technologies, and evolving search behaviors.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into brand strategy, content development, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement tools that improve productivity and marketing performance.
  • Monitor website performance, search visibility, audience growth, and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve results and drive continuous growth.
