About The Position

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring two experienced Restaurant General Managers for its Tampa-area team. The role is suited to hands-on leaders who build strong teams, deliver excellent guest experiences, and drive restaurant success. General Managers lead daily operations and may provide leadership and operational support at assigned locations as needed. The position offers restaurant operating hours without extremely early mornings or late nights, compensation based on experience, performance-based bonus opportunities, benefits, career growth, and a team-oriented culture focused on teamwork and guest service.
