About The Position

The Restaurant General Manager at SONIC Drive-In with KBP Drive-In leads restaurant performance and profitability, develops the leadership team, and delivers a fast, friendly guest experience with quality food. The role manages labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results; recruits and hires team members and managers; and coaches employees toward operational excellence. The manager completes inventory counts and uses the results to help control costs, while maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant. The role offers leadership development and opportunities to pursue above-store positions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.
