About The Position

The Restaurant General Manager at SONIC Drive-In with KBP Drive-In leads restaurant performance and profitability, develops a high-performing team, and delivers a fast, friendly guest experience with quality food. The role includes managing restaurant operations and financial results while building a path toward potential above-store leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results to support performance and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to achieve operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use the results to help control costs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
