About The Position

As a restaurant employee, you will support food and beverage operations within a golf clubhouse and help deliver a welcoming, enjoyable experience for golfers, members, and guests. You will assist with food service, dining room setup, cleanliness, and customer service while maintaining the standards expected in a golf club environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, clubhouse, or hospitality setting.
• Experience working in a golf course, country club, or resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers, members, and guests professionally and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and restocking as directed.
• Set up, maintain, and break down dining and service areas.
• Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with special events, tournaments, banquets, and clubhouse functions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and teammates.
• Represent the company and golf clubhouse professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
