About The Position

Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers, including for dinner and closing shifts. Crewmembers are an essential part of the Restaurant team and may perform a variety of customer service, cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning tasks. This is an entry-level position; prior restaurant experience is not required. Paid training is provided, and employees may earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour in pay increases during their first year through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Crewmembers provide quick, friendly service, work collaboratively, and help maintain safe and clean Restaurant operations. The role requires working under pressure at a fast pace, following Company policies, and balancing hard work with having fun. Candidates must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
No previous Restaurant experience is required; paid training is provided.
Demonstrate teamwork, excellent communication, courtesy, enthusiasm, hard work, attentiveness, responsibility, dependability, authenticity, and pride in doing a good job.
Be able to show up on time for scheduled shifts.
Be able to multitask.
Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
Be able to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and reach and grasp objects above the head and below the waist.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant.
Take Customer orders and process payments efficiently.
Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
Provide Customers with quick and friendly service.
Assist other Crewmembers with tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service.
Work under pressure and at a fast pace.
Take initiative and comply with Company policies.
