About The Position
Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring friendly, dependable crew members for a Hardee’s restaurant. Crew members provide attentive service and hospitality, prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. This is an opportunity to work with a team, gain food-service and business skills, and potentially advance into leadership. No experience is necessary. The listed pay is $12.77–$14.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must meet the role’s physical demands, including lifting up to 60 pounds and constant standing, walking, grasping, stopping, and reaching.

Responsibilities
- Smile and greet guests.
- Ensure guests receive quality products.
- Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat manner.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms.
- Work with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and welcoming for guests.
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Meet company standards for personal appearance and display professionalism.
- Follow human resources, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally and demonstrate its vision and values.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
