Provide respite support for two teenage boys in their family home in Hartland, Wisconsin. The role supports the boys in daily activities, encourages participation in the community and age-appropriate activities, provides consistent supervision and safety, and assists with emotional regulation and positive coping strategies. The caregiver also serves as an additional support system for the boys and their parents while fostering a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, one to two days per week after school, with occasional weekends and flexible scheduling. Pay is $17.70 per hour. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, that person or party—not Consumer Direct Care Network—would be the legal employer and would have sole authority to hire or dismiss the Direct Care Worker.
