Caregiver Respite Care
About The Position
Independence Home Health LLC is hiring a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide respite care and supportive services for a client in Trafalgar, Indiana. This part-time opportunity has a consistent weekly schedule of one four-hour shift per week, either Wednesday or Saturday. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship and emotional support, help with light housekeeping and other supportive tasks, follow the client's care plan and agency guidelines, and communicate with the office about care and any concerns. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, though training may be considered for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Be caring, patient, and dependable.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Maintain a professional attitude and strong communication skills.
- Be able to meet agency hiring requirements, including required background screening.
