About The Position
This is a travel-only position for a Respiratory Therapist in Mattoon, IL. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, 7 days a week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The position requires experience in various inpatient settings including ED, ICU, PCU, Pre-OP, behavioral health, med/surg, level 2 nursery, and pediatrics. Some pediatric experience is mandatory.
Requirements
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) preferred
- Illinois License
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Some pediatric experience required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
Nice To Haves
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy in inpatient settings including ED, ICU, PCU, Pre-OP, behavioral health, med/surg, level 2 nursery, and pediatrics.
- Administer respiratory care to patients, including those requiring pediatric care.
Benefits
- Total weekly gross pay of $2560
- Hourly rate of $64/hour ($34/hour W-2 taxable, $30/hour non-taxable stipend)
