About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an acute care hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is a 13-week assignment with night shifts scheduled for four 12-hour shifts, from 18:45 to 7:15. The position has one opening and a start date of December 7, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,666. Eligible travelers may receive a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week. The assignment accepts first-time travelers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent RRT experience.
- Active North Carolina license or certification for the specialty; compact credentials accepted where applicable.
- RRT credential from NBRC.
- State RCP license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Experience in ER, adult ICU, Med/Surg, and ICU/Stepdown settings.
- Experience with airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer, BiPAP, and CPA.
