About The Position

The Resource Support Analyst role focuses on financial analysis and resource management to ensure effective allocation of funding for an Army intelligence customer. The analyst will develop financial management strategies, review financial reports, and work with stakeholders to create actionable plans for securing necessary funding. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing documentation and databases for resource management systems, ensuring efficient use of funds through tracking and communication, and supporting high-level planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for Pacific intelligence operations. This role also involves imparting expertise to the team.

Requirements

Experience providing financial analytical support, travel-related responsibilities, and training reporting in a DoD, Army, Service Component Command, Combatant Command, or Joint environment.
Experience using Army financial systems, including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Defense Travel System (DTS), cProbe, Citi Manager, City Pair, and G-Invoicing.
Experience reviewing and managing Government Travel Cards (GTC), Government Purchase Cards (GPC), and training requests.
Experience analyzing financial, budgeting, proprietary, and accounting functions, including current-year budget execution reporting and tracking and prior-year execution reporting review.
Experience with Resource Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), including current- and future-year planning and the development of resource-supported programs.
Experience in managing Foundry or Foreign Language training requirements and reporting, to include funds management, tracking metrics, managing training plans and allocations, and coordinating resources to enable readiness.
Knowledge of financial policies and related operational procedures.
Ability to communicate and present clear, concise, and timely information both written and verbally with senior-level staff.
TS/SCI clearance.
HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Resource Manager, Budget Analyst, or Financial Management Analyst at the Army, Service Component Command, Combatant Command, or Joint level.
Experience reviewing procurement requests, MIPRs, UFRs, and organizational agreements and recommending corrective or updated actions.
Experience developing financial operational guidance to improve and enhance processes.

Responsibilities

Create a financial management strategy.
Review reports from financial enterprise systems and training resources.
Work with program managers, action officers, resource managers, and stakeholders to develop an actionable plan for clients to secure funding.
Develop well-formed requirements using knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies.
Provide support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination, and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in relevant resource management systems.
Ensure funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication across the organization.
Support high-level planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for current and future year planning and development in support of Pacific intelligence operations.
Manage Foundry or Foreign Language training requirements and reporting, including funds management, tracking metrics, managing training plans and allocations, and coordinating resources to enable readiness.
