Columbia Hospitality is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to provide overall direction, coordination, and leadership for all departments within the property. This role is crucial in supporting group sales, managing community relations, and ensuring the implementation of all applicable standards and procedures. The Resort Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the annual operating budget, setting operating goals, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and revenue generation. This position also involves protecting and enhancing property assets, analyzing guest feedback to improve services, and actively promoting the property within the local community and industry. A key aspect of the role is selecting, supervising, training, developing, and counseling staff, demonstrating positive leadership to inspire employees and ensuring timely performance assessments.
