About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the guest experience from the first tee, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to course policies. The Outside Guest Service Agent will be a key point of contact for golfers, providing information and maintaining the flow of play.

Requirements

Possess excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
Must possess strong customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
Must possess a general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules
Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours

Responsibilities

Greets each guest and educates them on course conditions, course rules and policies, and pace of play
Maintains communications from the first tee with golf shop, cart staff and ranger
Monitors first tee, tee off times, turn times and finish times; reporting irregularities and misuse of equipment and property
Ensures equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced
