The Outside Guest Service Agent will greet each guest and educate them on course conditions, course rules and policies, and pace of play. This role maintains communications from the first tee with the golf shop, cart staff, and ranger. The agent will monitor the first tee, tee off times, turn times, and finish times, reporting irregularities and misuse of equipment and property. Additionally, the agent ensures equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced.
