About The Position

Durango is a new brand from Station Casinos, aiming to be an approachable, luxury destination with best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities. This role is critical to ensuring guests have memorable moments and feel welcome and at home. The ideal candidate will deliver service with a personal touch, delighting guests with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Nice To Haves

  • High school or equivalent education preferred.
  • Two to three years customer service or reception experience preferred.
  • At least two years front desk experience in a similar first-class hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performing all check-in functions according to hotel policies and procedures, including but not limited to early check-ins, late check-ins, and walk-ins, and ensure proper payment.
  • Performing all checkout functions according to hotel policies and procedures, including but not limited to accepting payment by check, charge, cash, and direct bill payments.
  • Posting charges to guests' accounts and perform other cashier functions, including but not limited to exchanging currency.
  • Responding to guests' special requests including but not limited to providing extra towels, cots, and newspapers, or directing the request to the appropriate department.
