About The Position

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community—greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects genuine warmth and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, you’ll help create a seamless, personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with basic technology (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous concierge or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs while answering questions and providing support
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, and transportation support when needed
  • Deliver personalized service to enhance each guest’s experience
  • Act as a concierge—offering recommendations, directions, and reservations
  • Answer calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with team members using radios when needed
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times
  • Process payments and reconcile daily reports
  • Support business center and lobby upkeep
  • Assist with guest use of amenities, including fitness spaces
  • Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • Submit maintenance and IT requests as needed
