About The Position

Ready to be the welcoming heartbeat of our resort? Join us and help create unforgettable guest experiences! Join our hospitality team as the go-to support for guest experience at our resort. In this customer-focused role, you’ll respond to guest inquiries, coordinate services such as luggage and transportation, and collaborate with front desk and resort departments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Requirements

  • PM Schedule Requirement — The primary shift we are hiring for is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, including mandatory weekends and holidays.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • On many occasions, must be able to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for guest interactions and team coordination.
  • Multitasking & organizational abilities to assign bell staff efficiently while handling guest requests.
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or logistical challenges.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
  • Valid Florida Driver License: able to drive a golf cart vehicle and up to a 15-passenger van following safety guidelines.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate and assign bell services for luggage, room changes, and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee luggage handling, storage, and security procedures.
  • Manage transportation requests and support VIP and special guest services.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and resort departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor workflow during peak check-in and check-out periods.
  • Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, policies, and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Serve as a lobby ambassador to ensure a welcoming and efficient arrival and departure experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
