Requirements

• Exceptional Communicator: A professional and empathetic phone demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Problem-Solver: Solution-oriented with the ability to handle guest requests with patience and care.
• Reliable & Dedicated: A strong work ethic with dependability and punctuality.
• Cashier experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability to work Wednesdays through Sundays.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and any other pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate assistance to guests, vendors, and team members — both in person and over the phone.
• Answer multi-line phones, manage intercom announcements, and handle administrative tasks with precision.
• Make and manage guest reservations, maintain seller lists, and generate reservation reports.
• Handle cash, run credit card transactions, verify banks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness in the kitchen area, track supplies, and support other team members with administrative needs.
• Offer clear directions, share market information, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
