About The Position
The Guest Services Representative works under the supervision of the Manager - Guest Service. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each individual who enters Mosaic Life Care is appropriately greeted and provides directions and services as requested. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for being compassionate, empathetic and pro-active in determining each individual's needs. Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri. With a vision of transforming community health by being a life-care innovator, Mosaic places the holistic needs of patients first by providing the right care at the right time and place, offering high value and quality health care.
