About The Position

Greets our patients and visitors and directs them to the appropriate area. Answers the telephone and routes calls as needed. Observes strict patient confidentiality in dealing with callers and information related to patients and colleagues. Contacts leaders via telephone when candidates arrive for interviews.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• 1 year of phone experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
