Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Executive Banquet Chef. In this role, you will oversee the banquet kitchen operations and support the preparation and execution of high-quality food for all banquet events. You will be responsible for leading, training, and directing banquet culinary staff while upholding strict quality, sanitation, and safety standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will also be responsible for controlling costs, minimizing waste, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations that support the resort’s overall success.
