In this role, you will manage a large team, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining inventory and quality controls, and collaborating closely with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experience. With a focus on both creativity and operational excellence, this position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding setting. You’ll help create a memorable dining atmosphere through the creation of delicious pastries and confections, warm hospitality, and timeless charm.
