Working alongside a passionate and enthusiastic pastry team, we are seeking a strong leader to lead and coach a dedicated team and ensure high quality pastry and baking operations are maintained. Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role within the pastry department of a highly regarded hotel or comparable establishment
  • Possess extensive technical expertise in pastry arts, with a strong understanding of current culinary trends and innovations
  • An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • US work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for the pastry department, including staff management, training, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams and other departments to enhance guest experiences, support private events, and drive overall culinary excellence
  • Monitor and evaluate pastry operations through regular quality checks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience
