About The Position

The Resort Concierge delivers world-class concierge service at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess by anticipating guest needs, offering local insights, and providing personalized recommendations to create an exceptional stay. The role assists guests with hotel information and arrangements for golf, dining, and other activities, and supports administrative duties while following departmental service, safety, and grooming standards. The position requires working effectively in a busy, high-traffic environment and collaborating with colleagues to provide an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area, including local golf courses, restaurants, and attractions.
• Previous customer-related experience.
• Maintain a professional presence and appearance in guest interactions and adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Outstanding guest service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software such as Opera Cloud.
• Microsoft Office program skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist with booking golf arrangements, dining reservations, and other activities before or during guests’ arrivals.
• Assist guests by providing informative and helpful information about hotel facilities.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
