About The Position
At BOLT FARM, the Resort Cleaner role is crucial in maintaining the luxury standards of the retreat. This position is responsible for ensuring both guest villas and the Wellness Haven are impeccably clean and prepared for guests. The role involves a variety of tasks, including villa turnovers, preparing treatment rooms, managing linens and laundry, maintaining wellness areas, assisting with hot tub and cold-plunge care, and completing deep-cleaning projects. The work requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency without compromising quality, and the ability to adapt to changing assignments while upholding high standards. All tasks are managed through the Breezeway platform, requiring digital documentation and real-time updates.
Requirements
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain pace.
- Comfort following checklists and documenting work digitally.
- Willingness to learn Breezeway and other Company systems.
- Ability to safely learn cleaning products, chemical handling, PPE requirements, and basic water chemistry.
- Professionalism and discretion around guest belongings and private spaces.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to navigate stairs, hills, uneven terrain, and outdoor pathways.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and work at floor level.
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work around cleaning products, spa chemicals, heat, humidity, and outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned villa turnovers within scheduled arrival windows.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, decks, and hot tub surroundings.
- Restock and stage amenities to BOLT FARM standards.
- Complete a final walkthrough before closing every task.
- Identify and fix anything a guest would notice before they arrive.
- Report damage, maintenance concerns, and lost-and-found items immediately.
- Prepare and reset spa treatment rooms between guests.
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities in the Wellness Haven.
- Sanitize guest-facing surfaces and treatment spaces.
- Set temperature, lighting, music, scent, and presentation to the approved standard in treatment rooms.
- Maintain showers, wet areas, relaxation spaces, locker areas, and common spaces.
- Protect treatment timing by completing turns before the next guest arrives.
- Wash, dry, fold, organize, and stage villa and spa linens.
- Maintain appropriate linen and towel levels.
- Identify damaged or stained inventory.
- Keep cleaning supplies, carts, caddies, and storage areas organized.
- Flag low inventory before it becomes an operational problem.
- Assist with routine hot tub, spa tub, and cold-plunge care.
- Complete required drain/refill cycles for water features.
- Learn and follow water-chemistry procedures.
- Maintain required logs for water features.
- Follow chemical-handling, label, SDS, and PPE requirements.
- Accept and begin assigned tasks on time via Breezeway.
- Work from the required checklist in Breezeway.
- Upload required photo documentation in Breezeway.
- Record issues in Breezeway while onsite.
- Close tasks in real time in Breezeway.
- Keep leadership informed of potential timing issues.
- Greet guests warmly when encountered.
- Help with routine guest requests such as towels, water, or directions.
- Protect guest privacy and personal belongings.
- Maintain discretion inside villas and treatment spaces.
- Connect guests with the right teammate for requests outside of your role.
- Ensure guests are not left wondering if their request is being handled.
