About The Position

Prominence is seeking a senior Resolute PB Advisor to support revenue cycle stabilization and a rollout implementation project. As a member of the Epic Consulting team, the advisor will work closely with customers to implement and optimize Epic workflows, provide consulting and advisory services, and help guide projects to successful outcomes. The role includes mentoring customer teams, escalating issues, and creating tactical action plans from ambiguous information. Consultants are expected to deliver high-quality results while building customer capabilities to maintain and extend project deliverables.

The role may also involve participation in corporate functions, events, and meetings, as well as other duties required for successful project delivery. This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

• Active Resolute Professional Billing certification(s).
• At least 5 years of experience as an Epic analyst or project manager.
• Epic implementation and optimization experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to implement and optimize EMR workflows and data capture.
• Mentor customers to improve their system knowledge and analyst skills.
• Analyze operational and business requirements and translate them into system configuration.
• Create build documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Track and resolve project risks and issues.
• Lead meetings and participate in ongoing work-product coordination.
• Report transparently on project status and deliverables.
• Develop knowledge-transfer documentation to hand off deliverables to customer teams.
• Perform Epic-related consulting and advisory services.
• Escalate issues and guide projects toward successful outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as required to successfully deliver a project.
• May participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings.
