About The Position
Prominence is seeking a senior Resolute PB Advisor to support revenue cycle stabilization and rollout implementation. As a member of the Epic Consulting team, the advisor will work closely with customers to implement and optimize Epic workflows, provide technical consulting and advisory services, mentor customer teams, escalate issues, and help guide projects to successful outcomes. The role requires organizing ambiguous information into actionable plans, delivering high-quality results, and transferring knowledge so customer teams can support and expand on project deliverables. The position may also involve participation in corporate functions, events, and meetings. Prominence is a healthcare technology strategy and implementation firm that provides IT staffing, advisory services, and analytics solutions to healthcare organizations. Its consultants work on technology implementations, governance, and analytics to help customers improve care delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Active Resolute Professional Billing certification.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic analyst or project manager.
- Epic implementation and optimization experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise to implement and optimize EMR workflows and data capture.
- Mentor customers to improve their system knowledge and analyst skills.
- Analyze operational and business requirements and translate them into system configuration.
- Create build documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Track and resolve project risks and issues.
- Lead meetings and participate in ongoing work-product coordination.
- Report transparently on project status and deliverables.
- Develop knowledge-transfer documentation to hand off deliverables to customer teams.
- Perform additional duties as required to successfully deliver a project.
- May participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings.
