About The Position

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Pest Control Technician to join a close, efficient team serving a diverse customer base. The role involves helping customers with pest-control concerns, performing general pest inspections, meeting applicable regulatory and safety requirements, and attending product training sessions and meetings. A positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers are expected. High school diploma.
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license and three years of driving experience.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
Comfort learning and using new technology and software/apps; PestPac experience preferred.
Associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with pest-control-related concerns.
Complete general pest inspections.
Meet all Platform regulatory and safety requirements.
Attend product training sessions and meetings.
Build relationships with team members and customers while maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
Manage time and prioritize multiple tasks while remaining focused on customer needs, handling objections, and closing business.
