Under the direction of the Safe Beds Program Supervisor, or designate, the Residential Support Worker will provide support to develop mental health and housing related goals, develop life skills, and provide residential support to the Safe Beds clients of CMHA- WECB. The incumbent will assess for program eligibility in person and over the phone, complete the necessary documentation to admit clients into the program, assist and support clients to identify the necessary goals to continue on a recovery path, provide support to access safer housing, and connect to appropriate resources to continue support past Safe Beds. The Safe Beds program operates 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. This part-time position provides coverage on a rotational shift on weekends only. See below hours of work for details.
