About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor to provide front-line supervision of staff assigned to a home. The role also provides hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, including assistance with personal hygiene, activities and outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. The position is based in Carroll County/Arnold, works with women, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The rate of pay is $25 per hour, and the position is classified as non-exempt.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Current driver's license that is not provisional, with fewer than 3 points on the driving record.
• Ability to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Implement each individual's Person-Centered Plan and maintain data needed to measure progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain records, including staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication, seizure, and psychotropic charts, timesheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation, and mileage logs.
• Assist individuals with participation in and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with developing meaningful and personal relationships.
• Implement strategies to achieve individuals' personal goals.
• Provide hands-on assistance with personal hygiene, activities and outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
