About The Position

The Residential Supervisor provides front-line supervision of staff assigned to a home and hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Support includes assistance with personal hygiene, activities and outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and supports women in a Harford County residential setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current, non-provisional driver's license with fewer than 3 points on driving record.
• Ability to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Implement each individual's Person-Centered Plan and maintain data to measure progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain records, including staff schedules, transition notes for staff, medication, seizure and psychotropic charts, timesheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation, and mileage logs.
• Assist individuals with participating in and exploring the community.
• Cultivate and expand individuals' independent living skills.
• Assist individuals in developing meaningful, personal relationships.
• Implement strategies to achieve individuals' personal goals.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities and outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
