About The Position
72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to join their team. They have been serving Fredericksburg residents since 1986 and are known for their top-notch service and outstanding customer service. This role offers competitive pay with unlimited earning potential through a commission-based pay plan after training, along with opportunities for continuous education.
Requirements
- A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and sell plumbing repairs to customers
- Perform plumbing repairs including leak location, tankless water heater service, water filtration, tank type water heater service, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
- Guide and train an apprentice
- Use an iPad and Service Titan software
