Plumber (Residential) - $6,000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a locally owned and operated residential home services company based in South Jersey, serving homeowners throughout the Tri-State area. Service Plumbers diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues. They present repair options and pricing to customers, complete approved repairs in a timely manner, keep their work area clean and orderly, collect payment, and complete paperwork. The role requires working independently, communicating effectively with customers, and providing strong customer service. The listed pay rate is $30 to $40 per hour. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with customers verbally and in writing.
- Technical ability to use email and invoice software.
- Ability to work a shifted schedule.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and relationship building.
- Ability to use personal plumbing tools, including basic trade-related hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
