About The Position

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical is hiring a Residential Plumber to provide plumbing repair services in residential settings. The role includes diagnosing plumbing issues, explaining and selling repairs to customers, and guiding and training an apprentice. The position requires residential plumbing experience, a Residential, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License, and the ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available to candidates with a Residential or higher plumbing license. The company provides a truck, phone, iPad, uniforms, and a tool program.

Requirements

At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
A Residential, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License.
A valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
Customer service skills to diagnose issues and sell repairs to customers.
Experience with plumbing repair, including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
