About The Position
Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a locally owned and operated residential home services company based in South Jersey, serving homeowners throughout the Tri-State area. Service Plumbers diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues. They present service options and pricing to customers, complete approved repairs in a timely manner, keep the work area clean and orderly, collect payment, and complete paperwork.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Technical ability to use email and invoice software.
- Ability to work a shifted schedule.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and relationship building.
- Ability to use personal plumbing tools, including basic trade-related hand tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
