Requirements

Oklahoma Journeyman License required.
At least 2 years of experience with residential plumbing systems.
Experience working with customers in a residential environment.
Proficiency in inspections, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and making repairs.
Familiarity with local codes and industry standards.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and conditions.
Applicants must generally be at least 21 years old to meet company driving-insurability requirements; candidates aged 19 or older may be considered with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor candidates who require a visa.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cast iron systems, Perma-Liner, sewers, water lines, and CPVC and PEX piping.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose in-home plumbing service calls accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck to increase customer loyalty.
Build customer rapport, recommend appropriate solutions, provide service, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects.
Document completed work with before-and-after photos.
Demonstrate safe working practices and methods.
