About The Position
Masters Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking licensed, experienced Master and Journeyman Plumbers to serve its growing residential and commercial customer base in Northern Indiana. The role offers consistent, year-round work and involves repairing plumbing fixtures and equipment, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and components, and following applicable Indiana plumbing codes. Work is in person. A sign-on bonus is available depending on experience. The employer offers competitive compensation, including a spiff package, and a benefit plan. Applicants must have a valid Indiana Plumbing License and driver's license, along with relevant service experience and the ability to meet the role's physical, medical-screening, background-check, and driving-record requirements. Requirements
- Valid Indiana Plumbing License.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 3 years of residential and/or commercial service experience.
- Strong plumbing background and proficiency repairing plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different types of customers.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Driven work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
- Good driving record.
- Must pass a medical screening.
- Must pass a clean criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and components.
- Repair plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- Recognize and adhere to applicable Indiana plumbing codes.
- Provide customer service to residential and commercial customers.
